Warehouse Operator Job at Renaissance Personnel

Shift : Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Rate of Pay: $19.87
Location: Leamington
Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Prepare seed shipments (for example the small seed packages you buy from a store) based on packing lists provided by Customer Service:
o Labeling
o Counting
o Packing in boxes
- Receive incoming goods – count and scan into the system
- Loading and unloading seeds
- Sampling according to agreed protocol
- Keep work area organized and clean
- You must have the skill and drive to be extremely accurate – they are shipping time sensitive, high value items
- Boxes can weigh anywhere from 1 lb. to 30 lbs.
- Skids containing product – you would be using a pallet jack to move product if needed
- You must be able to clearly communicate between Sales Representatives, Customer Service and Warehouse
- Would be working with UPS, FedEx also picking up small packages from mail
- There is a good balance between sitting & standing
- Would need some physical strength
- Occasionally do deliveries in the area, company vehicle provided – Must have valid driver’s license
- May need to occasionally drive company vehicle long distance – for example St. Thomas if seed samples are needed the same day (mainly during busy season)
