Our client, an HVAC Supply company, is currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to assist with operations in their Owen Sound location. This role will be split between performing warehouse activities and making deliveries throughout the Grey & Bruce region. Day shift only from Monday - Friday with no weekends! Wage starts at $19.00 per hour

About The Role
The successful candidate will oversee handling various warehouse requirements and deliveries for the Owen Sound branch of the organization. Duties include order picking, shipping preparations, inventory management, and making customer deliveries or supplier return picks-ups. Drivers require only a G-license and will be driving a pick-up or small cube van when making deliveries. Other duties include:
- Delivering materials to customers on time & according to the delivery route order
- Assisting in the loading & unloading of trucks – Heavy lifting required
- Monitoring & reporting inventory shortages to management
- Organizing stock & merchandise
- Ensuring all paperwork & established procedures are followed
- Providing high levels of customer service to the clients you service
- Ensuring all cash sale funds are picked up & documented accordingly
Requirements
- Must hold valid Ontario G-License
- Must have experience driving G-licensed vehicles for delivery purposes
- Must have a clean driving abstract & criminal record check
- Basic computer knowledge to update inventory database
- Heavy lifting - Must be able to lift and handle up to 100 lbs. safely
- Knowledge of local area is considered an asset
