Warehouse Associate
Emond Publishing, one of Canada’s leading academic law publishers since 1978, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with all general warehouse duties at our location in Newmarket.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Print, Pick, Prioritize and Pack orders for shipment to customers
- Contact freight carriers
- Correspond with Customer Service team about pickups and shipping charges
- Load and unload trucks and couriers
- Receive product (new and reprints), assigning inventory locations
- Assemble bundled products and shrink-wrap if necessary
- Receiving, processing and restocking returns
- Performing inventory counts
- Updating customer records with shipping information
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a secondary school diploma
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
