If you’re a Senior Heavy-Duty Equipment Upfitter Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician / Mechanic / Millwright, and or Hydraulic Mechanic with 6+ years of experience, we want you to join Falcon Equipment! This position will be based out of our Surrey Rail Division location!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing and assembling equipment
• Performing maintenance, repairs, and testing on our customers’ various types of equipment focusing on truck-mounted cranes, snow and ice, and rail equipment
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related experience with heavy equipment upfitting
• Red Seal Certification is preferred OR a combination of related education and work experience
• Experience with electrical wiring of 12 and 24 volt
• Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Read, interpret, and apply schematics
• Upfitting freightliners is an asset
• Experience with HIABB and Palfinger cranes is an asset
• The ability to maneuver in and around heavy equipment
• The ability to work independently
• Your own tools
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical experience and knowledge is a definite asset
• Welding/fabricating experience is a definite asset
