Reporting to the Crop Inputs Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
• Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
• On the road Sales and after sale service of our complete line of Ag equipment, feed, farm supplies, lubricants, and energy products
• Farm planning, data base and customer contact management
• Environment compliance
• Other Duties as assigned

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service:

• You have sales experience in the agriculture industry; Customer service in the CRS considered an asset
• have strong sociability to develop relationships and expand network
• Would be open to discussing remote work arrangements for successful applicant
• You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do
• You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
• You have a valid class 5 license as you will travel throughout the region
• You have s strong work ethic and are willing to work additional hours when required due to seasonal peaks
