Location: Lower Mainland

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Sales you will be responsible for Managing a Territory in the Lower Mainland. You will call on pubs, restaurants, private liquor stores, and government liquor stores. Your goal will be to professionally grow sales in your territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an aggressive territory sales plan identifying key short and long term opportunities.
  • Deliver superior customer service by being highly responsive, providing promotional support, and offering more value than the competition.
  • Support accounts with product training, contests, and events.
  • Schedule and conduct in store tastings.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system for your accounts and activities.
  • Attendance at various beer festivals and events.
  • Represent Bridge in a Professional manner.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

  • Must be self-motivated, honest, hard working, and have a passion for craft beer.
  • Enjoy the challenges and rewards of the sales cycle.
  • Be proficient with modern technology including e-mail and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Capable of making quality business decisions

Education & Experience:

  • University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
