Pinch Flatbed is looking for CDL Class A Drivers (COMPANY DRIVERS or OWNER OPERATORS) for a 2-driver team that is CDL certified, with one year of flatbed experience (each) and passports, to shuttle transport LTL Flatbed freight between our Canada terminals (Edmonton, Calgary) and our other terminals across the US (Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, North Dakota etc.), as far south as our Houston, TX terminal. DRIVER PERKS:

❖ Paid for every stop & pickup, in addition to all-mileage paid (HIGHEST PAYING DRIVER POSITION IN THE COMPANY)
❖ Company Drivers: Drive a Newer conventional tractor pulling a 48’ flatbed trailer

COMPENSATION:

❖ $10,000 USD SIGN-ON BONUS for Team Drivers ($5,000 USD per driver)
❖ ALL ROLLING Miles PLUS Stop Pay & Pay-raise Opportunities after 90 days
 Starting at $0.75+ USD per mile for TEAM Company Driver Employees plus pay raise opportunities after 90 days | 4,600+ miles per week
 Starting at $2.00-$2.15+ USD per mile PLUS FUEL SURCHARGE IF FUEL IS OVER $3.00 per gallon for TEAM Owner Operators (depending on owned or company Trailer) | FUEL SURCHARGE PAY ($0.15-0.65+ USD CPM added-on!)

REQUIREMENTS:

❖ Class 1 License
❖ 1 Year verifiable flatbed driving experience
❖ Acceptable Driver Abstract
