PERMANENT RECE POSITION
1 Permanent RECE School Age Position
$22.59 plus $2.00 WEG when available
Monday to Friday: 6 am- 9am & 2:15-5:30 (6 hr day on school days) and 9am-5:30 pm (7.5 hr on non school days).
SUMMER CONTRACT SUMMER POSITIONS
· 4 TA’s various rooms- $17.96 per hour, one position must meet Canada Summer Jobs criteria
· 3 Resource Staff- Two 7-hour shifts, One 6-hour shift with the possibility of extra hours. $20.19 per hour
Unless otherwise specified, contracts are Monday to Friday,
7.5-hour shifts- Contract term: July 4thtill September 1st.
Requirements:
- RECE in good standing with the College of ECE for the RECE School Age Room Position and considered an asset for other positions.
- Current Criminal reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months)
- Standard Current Standard First Aid /CPR (C) AED Training
· Up-to-date immunizations and the ability to get a doctor’s note indicating good health
· WHMIS, AODA, CCEYA certificates (we can help a successful candidate secure these certificates)
· Experience working with children in a quality, licensed childcare setting
- Reliable, energetic, and ability to work as a team
- Child centred educational background (RECE, DSW etc.) considered an asset
- Knowledge of CCEYA and HDLH considered an asset
- Reliable
