Fortune Civil Construction Ltd. is a Lloydminster based Civil Construction Company and is looking to add an experienced a site supervisor to our company. Our company is currently accepting resumes for the position of Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our site operations. The successful candidate must have previous concrete and earth works experience, ability to lead a crew, high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

The Site Supervisor will work under the direction of the Project Manager and all relative departments.

Fortune Oilfield Construction takes pride in completing projects safely, on time, in budget, professionally, and within expected quality standards.

A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience is required. The successful candidate will show that they are a team player, can effectively lead by example and teach/learn from employees, manage subcontractors and professionally interact with engineering consultants and building owners.

• Good understanding of construction schedules
• Identifies and solves problems.
• Maintains a high quality of workmanship and accountability of crew
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, and relay this information to others
• Great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to Crews, Clients, Owners, and Project Managers
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
• Follow and implement safety standards
• Oversee quality standards on all sites

• 8 hour shift
