Our Pickering client is looking for Cleaners/Superintendents to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and inspect four condo buildings
- Move and line up garbage bins
- Complete minor repairs to common areas (change bulbs, fix lock boxes)
- Change batteries in smoke alarms, plastering and paint touchups
- Clean building, vacuum, and clean suites
- Assess issues and fill out incident reports
- Tend to contractors and show them around building to complete work
- Comfortable with being on call 24/7
- Perform additional duties if necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years experience as a Building Superintendent
- 1-2 years experience using hand and power tools
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic English and Math skills
- Lift up to 20lbs
- Safety shoes required
Bonus Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hands
Compensation and Hours:
- Training: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Regular Shift: Monday to Sunday (8am to 5pm)
- On call 24/7 every other week
