We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team at the fastest growing marina in Muskoka. The Service Manager oversees daily business of Parts, Service and Warranty operations within budgetary guidelines in an efficient, cost effective and creative manner and is responsible for improving the customers services level, performance, efficiency, and profitability. Ideal candidate has a mechanical background and is able to not only perform management duties but also assist in the shop with diagnosing and repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations of the Service operations
• Report directly to the GM
• Must have mechanical experience and able to perform basic service jobs at min.
• Improving revenue and profitability of the Service Dept.
• Improving systems and process to provide the highest level of customer service
• Handel customer issues with the upmost professionalism
• Boating Experience -
• Must have experience operating equipment, like tractors, trailers, Forklifts
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability work independently to achieve goals and targets;
• Ability to organize and prioritize work;
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers;
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
• Abilty to assist in service department with diagnosing and repairs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$120,869.00 per year
