Sorrento Tirecraft is looking for an experienced full time Automotive Service Advisor to become part of our team. We are a family owned and ran business in the heart of the Shuswap. Our business thrives on providing our team members a quality work/life balance.
The ideal candidate needs to possess excellent customer and employee interaction skills. An enthusiastic attitude, excellent phone communication skills and proficient computer skills are valued. The successful candidate will have the ability to professionally communicate with the customer in all aspects of the repair process, assisting the technicians with organizing the work day and completion and follow up with our customers, while managing an organized work environment. Experience with automotive tire sales and mechanical repairs is preferred, but training will be given to those with the ideal "customer service" attitude we are seeking.
