Drive Muskoka is a thriving auto group centred in Huntsville, Ontario. We currently have a full-time Service Advisor position available in one of our service departments.

The Service Advisor provides vital and professional front-line customer service and sales for the Huntsville Honda Service Department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly on the phone or in the dealership.
  • Provide repair recommendations and write up repair orders.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates, explaining the nature of the repairs needed.
  • Manage customers’ expectations throughout the day and provide regular status updates.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and re-delivery.
  • Verify warranty coverage for repairs including base, powertrain and extended warranties. Ensure all necessary documentation for warranty submission is with the repair order.
  • Arrange customer transportation via shuttle as needed.
  • Maintain current required manufacturer training.
  • Provide an extraordinary experience for all customers while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Your Background:

  • You are organized and detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere and have the ability to work retail hours including Saturdays as scheduled.
  • You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • You are fluent with computer systems. Experience with PBS or similar automotive system is an asset.
  • The ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles is helpful.
  • Proven customer service skills are prerequisites to promote the department and help drive the retention, business development and customer service programs.
  • Related automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
