Your Role

  • You will analyze, plan, implement, and report data driven insights to support the success of multiple B2B corporate clients.
  • Your time will be split between paid advertising and SEO responsibilities.
  • You will be supported by an experienced team of digital marketers and graphic designers for visual assets.

Your Responsibilities

SEM

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns A-Z, including building on ad-buying interfaces, optimizing, and making daily adjustments as needed to ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions
  • Help determine benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit KPI’s in the quickest time possible through owned channels
  • Improve upon paid search and social media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques
  • Manage and execute on campaigns across multiple channels such as the Google ad network, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
  • Manage Google and Social Media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing, and making daily adjustments as necessary

SEO

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase our search engine results rankings
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout our website and marketing materials
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Collaborate with others within our marketing department to manage SEO strategy

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO / SEM
  • Ability to craft strategy and troubleshoot performance dips to make recommended pivots
  • Communicate effectively with the team and the clients, staying accountable, highlighting wins and losses
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical, and strategic action plans
  • Understanding of basic marketing funnel and where each channel plays a role
  • High level of self accountability to getting their work done in order to hit all goals
