Sr. Product Manager, Connected Vehicles

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Product Manager to help us drive the future of connected vehicles. In this critical role, you will be responsible for advancing Rogers' commitment to evolving the best network for connected cars and advancing the fleet management portfolio. You will focus on product strategy and management, commercial management, and go-to-market initiatives.

As the ideal candidate, you are a visionary leader with a passion for identifying trends, understanding customer problems, and developing innovative solutions for the market. You excel at collaborating with internal teams, including network and IT, to deliver technical enhancements and new developments that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the product strategy and P/L management for connected vehicle products and services, including fleet management solutions.

  • Developing and implementing product strategies that align with business goals and market needs, while staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the connected car industry.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, network, IT, and external partners, to deliver technical enhancements and new developments.

  • Using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and ensure the best user experience for customers.

  • Managing complex projects with competing priorities and tight timelines, while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and business goals.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to connected vehicles.

  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to drive alignment and deliver on product goals.

  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating product performance and making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.


What You Will Bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of the connected car industry and related technologies, such as IoT, telematics, and mobile connectivity.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of launching and managing successful connected vehicle products and services.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

  • Experience in developing and implementing product strategies that align with business goals and market needs.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to connected vehicles.

  • Familiarity with fleet management solutions and related software platforms.

  • Ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.

  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering the best user experience.
