The role of Operations Manager requires the proven ability to drive process improvements in existing buildings and to keep pace with our explosive growth. You will be responsible for member experience, quality, and productivity metrics of our specific Operations site. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation.
  • Standardizing, development, and rollout of operating procedures in pharmacy
  • Accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of pharmacy operations to ensure smooth delivery of medications.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established pharmacy regulations.
  • Ensure that the company operations conform to established pharmacy regulations.
  • Ensure customer happiness even if it means thinking outside the box and not following established processes on occasions.
  • Recommend software changes needed to achieve the above objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Master’s in Business Administration, Degree in either Pharmacy, Engineering or Operations.
  • Proven experience in Operations function with credible Success in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment; eCommerce or Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in new areas, including picking up knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
