Senior IT Support Specialist

Who we are

CyberQP is a rapidly growing venture backed Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of Helpdesk Security Automation and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. MSPs in 13 countries depend on CyberQP to deliver its critical solutions. CyberQP offers two products: Q Desk and Q Guard. Q Desk empowers help desks by minimizing costly password reset tickets, providing technicians with tools to resolve tickets faster and eliminating social engineering attacks. Meanwhile, Q Guard proactively secures MSP sensitive privileged accounts from both external and internal threats and saves time and money with automation. CyberQP HQ is located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

We are currently seeking an Senior IT Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and experience as the company grows. We are looking for a driven and creative IT professional to help build and expand our internal IT capabilities at CyberQP. In this role, you would support and improve IT services at a fast-growing, cloud-based, remote-first company. This role is based in Canada.



Responsibilities:

  • Support a growing end-user environment of 40+ users with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Manage and maintain 10+ SaaS solutions supporting the business.
  • Maintain secure authentication and single sign-on through Azure AD.
  • Collaborate with management to design and build role-based access.
  • Design and automate new processes to help manage a dynamic and growing company.
  • Order hardware and software to support globally distributed employees.
  • Build processes and metrics to show the effectiveness of the program.

oCreate ticketing and SLA process.

oTrack service usage and project growth.


Required skills and abilities

  • 5+ years of experience managing SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user devices.
  • Experience managing Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • A strong customer service skills and mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A self-starter who is constantly looking for areas of improvement.
