By doing the same in 2023, we require an experienced Facebook Media Buyer to come in and manage a portfolio of home improvement lead generation accounts. As we onboard more clients, you will be expected to grow and ascend in the business and take on more responsibility. Our clients are carefully vetted and brought to us through numerous sources such as home improvement events, referrals, social organic, or through our FB ads (we practice what we preach).

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for our next team member at Clever – a hungry, hard-working Facebook Media Buyer with digital marketing experience and a relentless focus on hitting targets. Our ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to learn and solve problems, be intellectually curious and be willing to improve constantly. In addition, you love data, creating and presenting new campaign ideas, and scaling our client’s campaigns through results from your efforts. What you will do:

  • Upload, launch and manage high-level digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Onboard clients with our onboarding specialist in an efficient manner while giving them the best client experience.
  • Increase traffic & revenue growth through the online advertising channel utilizing KPIs to determine actionable steps in the ad account.
  • Compile and analyze performance data for ad creatives, landing pages, and offers to present to the media buying team.
  • Be able to curate angle ideas that you can use to create ad copy, creatives, and different messaging in your advertorials. Create branded and scroll-stopping graphics using Canva and the help of our creative team.
  • Script out video ideas based on analysis, competitors, and KPIs that have a WOW factor. We have the perfect video team; you just need to script it and have the ideation ready.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that set us apart from the competition.
  • Monitor competitors and frame their best practices to better improve your accounts.
  • Solve random yet complex issues related to landing pages, pixel installation, tracking, and more.
  • Craft killer copy that converts to cold audiences!


What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience running Facebook ads.
  • Analytical and data-driven – you must use and love data, and your decisions must be driven by it without succumbing to over-analysis.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient with Google Drive (Google slides, sheets, documents, etc.).
  • Self-starter with an innate desire to win - lots of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Tenacious and persistent until you succeed.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Managed $500,000+ in FB budget.
  • Experience with landing page builders such as ClickFunnels
  • Understand basic and advanced marketing terms such as CTR, CRO, CPA, CPC, etc.
  • A fundamental understanding of what factors increase conversion rates and how to identify opportunities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.

Salary is: $70,000 — $90,000
Bonus potential of up to 15k per year
