Job Purpose

Plan, manage (sales executive teams' advisor) and monitor the overall sales & marketing strategy, such as but not limited to Strategy Plan, Budget and RF for VCNA Business Units (CEM, RMX and AGG)

Support data analysis and developments in Foundry (Matrix project) focusing in the Sales analysis and Sales forecasting. Support Data analytics area.

Liaise with sales executive teams and other departments, such as and not limit to Logistics, Operations and Finance to align objectives and measure results

Advise Business Unit Owners and Managers to drive revenue & margin, optimize process, and reduce costs / eliminate waste in line with VCNA strategy goals by insightful use of data (in-house or outsourced data).

Conduct Business and Marketing Innovation best practices (inside VC global companies and outside-other industries) and foster a culture of knowledge sharing (walk-the-talk)


Key Job Functions

  • Plan, develop, communicate and monitor (KPI) for sales & marketing such as market share, volume, price, cost and contribution margin and others
  • Work with teams across business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
  • Oversees Sales & Marketing Strategy Plan and Budget (including RF, mid-month Flash) for CEM, RMX and AGG business
  • Reassess current and propose sales & marketing strategy changes when needed to support VCNA Business Units (CEM, RMX and AGG) goals
  • Building a network of strategic partnerships, reliable external agencies and marketing professionals
  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs

Skills

  • Advanced skills with MS Office Power Point, Excel, Access and data analytics platform such as Power BI and Python
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset/culture

  • Highly proficient at project planning (Business Model), budgeting and oversight
  • Strong business understanding and presentation skills
  • Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward

Education

  • Minimum four-year business degree from accredited University or College; business, technology or engineering.
  • Data analytics platform certificates (nice to have)

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in business, sales, marketing, logistic and operations.
  • Experience in developing people, new leaders (nice to have).
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and data-driven management culture, in marketing & sales preferred
  • Experience with either Power BI or Python (or any other Data Analytic Platform)
