What does a Security Supervisor at a Mall setting in Winnipeg Do ?
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Manage and lead a team of Security Officers
- Responding to client requests and take initiative to comply to them
- Resolving Client complaints
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Coordinate response to the incidents.
- Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.
Qualification to become Mall Security Supervisor in Winnipeg
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Provincial Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work Days.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Ability to Manage and constantly motivate a team of Security Officers
