PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As the SAP Application Developer, you will be a core member of the CP development team who will work with our functional team and business partners to deliver business values through projects and application sustainment activities.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for development and support of SAP applications.
- Act as the technical expert for ABAP, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
- Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
- Create technical specifications for the solution development.
- Performance tuning activities over multiple functions.
- Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
- Participate in the On-Call support rotation for SAP production environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of SAP ABAP experience:
- 3+ years of HANA development, VDMs, ABAP CDS.
- Experience in WRICEF, Module pool programming, Interfaces (IDOC, RFC, BAPI, ABAP Proxy), Workflow, Webdynpro, creation and modification of Data Dictionary Objects, ALV , BAPIs, function modules, OOPS ABAP, ABAP on HANA, Workflow objects , BADIs, User exits, enhancements.
- Strong technical skills in SAPUI5/Fiori development, Gateway development, SAPUI5 troubleshooting.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in developing, testing and supporting SAP ECC(PM) or TM(EM) environment.
- Strong technical skills in Java script/HTML/CSSS and .NET is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in UX design experience is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in integration and interfaces with external and internal applications is an asset.
- Previous experience in participation in the On-Call support rotation
