As the Salesforce Administrator, you will support the execution of Cloudbeds' tech-driven Customer Service & Success operations.

This role will be responsible for enhancing and scaling Cloudbeds' use of Salesforce across the organization, with a team of like-minded administrators. From creating complex Flows to implementing new connected applications, our Salesforce admin team works with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the company's day-to-day operations are running smoothly.

We have grown from 100 users to over 500 in a matter of two years which has increased the complexity of the processes and the way teams interact cross-functionally. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be expected to know and execute best practices based on your understanding of the platform.

Location: Remote - Latin America OR Canada

What You Will Do:

  • Creation and maintenance of insightful reports, dashboards, workflow rules and sharing rules
  • Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and related systems including (but not limited to) user management, bulk data inserts/edits, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, maintenance of page layouts, Flow configurations, assignment rules, approval processes, Lightning apps, and support of Salesforce AppExchange packages
  • Develop and execute mechanisms used to manage the business, including workflow processes, and other automations. Help identify and implement new system features and functions in response to business needs
  • Respond to issues or questions from users, resolve technical and functional support issues, manage data loads, review data quality and provide training on new features and functionality
  • Perform daily reviews of user and system errors, correcting or escalating as appropriate.
  • Interpret stakeholder requirements to implement workflows supporting department processes and KPIs
  • Plan, prioritize, and provide insights based on your experience
  • All other duties or special projects as assigned

You'll Succeed With:

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com Administration
  • Experience with using Flow for complex configurations
  • Experience with data and using various data migrations tools including Salesforce Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
  • Ability to move configurations from Sandbox to a Production org with no impact to the business
  • Experience gathering business requirements and defining implementation plans
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to effectively interact and work with diverse personalities
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 201, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, and/or Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Fluent written and spoken English
