Location: 1589 Kebet Way, Port Coquitlam, BC. (Hybrid)

Purpose: You will administrate the Salesforce platform including all aspects of user management, support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. Additionally, Develop improvements and enhance the Salesforce platform, with possible expansion to other platforms, gathering requirements and designing best practice solutions..

What you will do?

  • Change the configuration of the Salesforce platform, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage all aspects of user and license, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules.
  • Manage user requirements by solving tickets on time and complying service level agreements.
  • System maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Manage environments: development, test, and production.
  • Technical documentation of configurations, procedures, and settings applied.
  • Monitor user adoption and create training materials and guides.
  • Working with integrated applications from Fit Foods’ ecosystem (SAP, Microsoft 365, AD, and Tableau, and others)
  • Work proactively with Data Experts and Users to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes. Apply business process reengineering methods in analyzing process flow.

Which background, skills or knowledge do you need?

  • Salesforce product knowledge and at least 1 year of hands-on administration experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions.
  • Available and responsive to questions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
  • Training users and creating training materials.
  • Ability to learn and understand broad knowledge of current and new technologies and practices in information systems.
  • Ability to describe technical concepts to users and train users on applications and computer-related equipment.
  • Ability to write technical and non-technical documentation and to keep IT skills and knowledge up to date.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or professional qualification.
  • Additional technical certifications and trainings are desirable.
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges are desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, with in-depth knowledge of ERP software applications, with preference given to SAP Business One and Experience with any CRM Tool.
  • Be process oriented with ability to solve problems.
  • Experience working with SAP Business One, Salesforce, Tableau, power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with productivity tools, such as Asana, Confluence is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
