Family owned and operated since 1989, Thermo Seal Insulation Systems was founded on the simple principles of providing superior products. We are currently looking to on-board a Sales Representative for Muskoka North and surrounding areas, including Parry Sound and Seguin.

This job’s rate of pay will range from $100,000+ annually based on weekly draws off commissions earned. Thermo Seal Insulation will provide a company vehicle & maintenance, fuel, benefits and seasonal bonus.

Key Responsibilities/Accountability:

Sales of all jobs in a designated territory

Maintain communication with clients from Point of Sale to Final Payment to ensure quality and satisfaction

Cold calls to obtain new jobs throughout your area

Ability to be back up for any other territory while needed

Offer information and option to new customers in regards to our product and services

Be present for any company representation when required such as tradeshows, meetings, etc

Basic Qualifications:

Honest and Integrity are a must

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales

Must have strong knowledge of the Insulation & Construction industry

Must have experience in anticipating personnel, equipment and materials for work

Valid G license with a clean record

Ability to be on call throughout the week and weekends

Comprehension of how to read and understand blueprints and plans

Flexibility in hours

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience in Insulation/Construction is an asset

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization, finance, scheduling, operations etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Huntsville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• sales: 5 years (preferred)
