Part Time Reception/Sales Associate ( could lead to Full Time)
Hours of Operation Monday thru Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Requirements,
Good work ethic, Good Communication skills, ability to work unsupervised, customer service orientated, with basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting (Payables and Receivables) is a plus
Duties include but not limited to:
General Office duties (answering phones, booking appointments, filing and emailing.)
General sales duties (assisting customers with questions, research ordering product, quotations of products and services, and finalizing sales to customers, receipt of payments - use of computer system and merchant machines.)
Various shipping/receiving duties, receiving 3rd party freight, as well as general house keeping.
