Your Role and Responsibilities:

You will be joining MedEssist as a Sales and On-boarding Specialist where we'll excite and bring joy to customers who join us on this mission. Training will be provided and some of your roles will include:

- Proactively talk to targeted pharmacies daily and excite them about what's possible while using MedEssist

- Customize beautiful pharmacy portals using our software to delight your customers, and then conduct training and onboarding over zoom
(if you've ever used Shopify/WordPress/Squarespace/Wix, this is super easy!)

- Consult and support current pharmacies via emails, video/phone calls, and our online chat service in real time; document all interactions within our CRM software to maintain communication and cadence within our team.

- Assist pharmacies in ensuring that they are meeting best practices and maximizing their opportunities to grow and communicate with their patients

- Collaborate with our project managers and engineers to design, test, and collect feedback for new features and updates to the platform.

Who You Are

We are looking for an ambitious individual with either some experience in community pharmacy OR prior sales experience AND familiarity with using technology daily. Training will be provided but you must have a foundational understanding of computers, database management, and note-taking.

You must be passionate about changing the healthcare system for the better as that is core to our mission. We welcome new grads to apply if they are looking to carve their own career path in a tech-based startup.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500.00-$5,500.00 per month

We work with pharmacies, pharmacists and occasional in-person events and will always abide by provincial laws around COVID-19 precautions.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
