Our Sales Team is growing, and we are now accepting applications for a Retail Sales Associate at our Sault Ste. Marie location. The selected candidate will be provided with an opportunity for professional growth and career advancement with the company. Comprehensive training will also be included in order to build team effectiveness skills, product knowledge and project expertise as well as enhance your sales and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications

o Superior customer service skills

o Customer Focused

o Professional, outgoing, positive and approachable attitude

o Experience working in the customer service industry, preferably in a retail setting - considered an asset

o Experience in the lumber, and/or building supply industry – considered an asset

o Experience or working knowledge of electrical systems & lighting - considered an asset

o Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software – Biztrack experience considered an asset

o Effective communication skills both written and oral

o Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

o Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task

o Must be available to work all store hours: days, evenings and weekends
