Position Title: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Manager/Supervisor

Location: Regina – Golden Mile Shopping Centre

Urban Cellars liquor store is looking for part-time sales associates to join our team! If you are outgoing, driven, dependable and committed to making a positive difference, then we would like to talk to you.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers, and for maintaining excellent store operating standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Provides a positive Urban Cellars experience for customers

- Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies

- Initiates opportunities for additional sales

- Faces and displays merchandise

- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises management of any discrepancies

- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all company policies and procedures

- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and company policies and procedures

- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes

- Participates in maintaining a prosperous and enjoyable work environment for all staff

Other Related Duties

- Cleans and maintains store and equipment according to schedules and policies

- Maintains a consistent commitment to serving customers while working to deadlines

- Assists in receiving and storing products according to company policy

- Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all sales and related information for Urban Cellars

- Attends seminars to increase product knowledge and service levels as required

We prefer our team members to have:

- Previous cashier experience in a fast-paced environment

- Previous customer service experience

- Experience working in retail or hospitality liquor industries

- Good math and problem-solving skills

- Open availability, and flexibility to work nights and weekends

Requirements:

- Must be 19+ years of age

- Must have valid Serve it Right Saskatchewan certification

-The ability to repetitively lift up to 40 lbs

-The ability to stand, reach and bend for long periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time ( with possibility of full-time weekly hours occassionaly, pending staffing levels)

Experience:

• Cashier: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)

Licence: SIRS (Serve It Right Saskatchewan - Required)Language: English (Required)

Salary: $13.00 per hour
