Residential Heat Pump Coordinator Job at Valley Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
· Take incoming phone calls from perspective customers
· Answer general inquiries from customers
· Enter Accepted jobs into ESC
· Order Equipment from confirmed sales
· Complete Financing applications for customers
· Follow up on Snap financing for payment confirmation
· Register all heat pumps for warranty
· Other duties as required

Education and Experience:
· Up to 1 year of relevant experience preferably within a similar business/trade or industry
· A demonstrated proficiency in using a computer is essential with specific experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word
· Ability to train, influence and motivate team members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $37,350.36-$54,610.04 per year
