Roomvu is looking for a customer success specialist who will take a key role on our team. You’ll be working alongside support team members, collaborating on various teaining roles. and specially working with roomvu enterprise clients and key account holders.

Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management
  • being the point of contact with hig value clients and dealing with their requests
  • being able to understand technology and deliver value
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support as needed to the administrative and leadership teams.

Requirements & Nice to Have's:

  • 2-3 years of relevant Customer Success experience.
  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail.
  • good understanding of social media and software sale.

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
