Registered Massage Therapist - Sports focused Job at Ascent Health& Sport Therapy
Ascent Health & Sport Therapy is an established multidisciplinary clinic with a passion for inspiring people to live active and physically resilient lives.
We are looking to add a positive, collaborative, sport-focused massage therapist to join our team. Ascent offers an evidence-based approach to manual therapy with massages focused on therapeutic and sport-type approaches. Newly graduated and experienced practitioners are welcomed to apply. The clinic's existing RMT's schedules are at capacity and we are needing to add a therapist to help meet the demand already in the clinic. We have a strong internal referral system and anticipate filling these new hours quickly.
The days we are looking to fill are Thursday afternoons (1:15 pm - 7:15 pm) and Friday afternoons (1:15 pm - 6:15 pm) and Saturday (9 - 2 pm). With potential to expand hours as the practice grows. (There is some flexibility to adjust the shifts being offered.)

Qualifications
- minimum 2200 hours certificate, ideal 3000 hrs.
- Focus on deep tissue, sport massage and therapeutic massage techniques
- Interest in treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, and pre/post natal care.
