Career Opportunity

We are looking for a well-rounded and highly capable Regional Store Manager to join our team, responsible for leading our stores in Nova Scotia to achieve sales and profitability goals. The successful candidate should possess natural charisma, strong leadership abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. Additionally, a passion for the beauty and retail industry, along with a willingness to travel between stores and provinces, is essential. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual store business plans
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance indicators for your assigned stores, including but not limited to sales, client counts, inventory management, productivity benchmarks, and education.
  • Monitor store success through the completion of quarterly store reviews.
  • Continuously monitor and improve store systems and processes.
  • Lead and support the development and implementation of projects and campaigns related to inventory, merchandising, or other operations.
  • Support all hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Take an active role in the training and development of all assigned store Team Leaders.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed.
  • Demonstrate our company culture and values.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Licensed in Hair, Aesthetics, or other relevant industry is considered an asset
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and Retail
  • 3+ years of experience in Management
  • Proven ability to manage projects, processes, and people
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Solid technical aptitude with proficiency in computer systems (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team atmosphere across multiple stores and provinces
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and development, and the ability to educate team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Reliable transportation is a must as travel is required within the assigned territory
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Bilingual (French & English) preferred

Safety

  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Correct any safety issues that you can when you see them
  • Report any safety concerns to your Safety Committee Member or Manager
  • Be aware of your right of refusal
  • Do not operate equipment without the proper training
  • You must have WHMIS training for your position

Additional

Location: Halifax Regional Municipality based preferred. Surrounding areas to be considered.

Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours), Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday. Must be available to work evening and weekends when required.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
