Red Seal Journeyman/woman Roofer Job at West Quality Roofing and Exteriors Inc.
The position is for a Roofing Technician / Foreman that cover the following aspect:
Responsibilities:
· Roofing installation and it’s component
- Asphalt Shingle, Attic Ventilation Roof vent, Chimney Flashing, Skylight...
· Training of crew member
· Completion of the safety document on site
· Ensuring that the Health & Safety is followed on site
· Diagnostic of roofing issue
· Roofing inspection
· Complete time sheet and confirm workers has completed their time sheet
· Supervision on site
· Interacting with homeowner (arrival, delay, etc)
· Assisting the Estimator answering homeowner questions during project
· Strives for continuous improvement of the business
· Helping and keeping up to date material inventory per job
· Use of different applications: CRM: JobProgress, CompanyCam, etc
· Maintain positive company image
· Participate in company meetings
· Able to work at heights
· Working with production manager to organize schedule

Benefit Information relevant to the position:
- Salary an employee on an hourly basis; based on your experience
- Group Benefit eligible after 3 months. 45% of premium paid by the company.
- 3 weeks vacations

Salary: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
