The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the recruitment, office and management team with administrative and recruitment tasks and social media planning. The successful candidate should have social media marketing and on-call experience.
This is a progressive position, with great opportunities for advancement in many areas. We are looking to grow our team, and continue to build a positive, exciting, and forward-thinking group of professionals.

Highlights of the Role:
  • Participation in networking opportunities to maintain strong relationships with community career partners.
  • Participation in full-cycle recruitment of Personal Support Workers, Nursing Students, Registered Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses.
  • Screening candidates and booking interviews with prompt follow up, reference checking, responding to all inquiries.
  • Interview preparation and participation.
  • Administrative support tasks as needed.
  • File maintenance and management.
  • Working hard to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Participate in Career Fairs, Career Fair Preparation and Take down.
  • Enforcing current and new Company Staff policies to all field staff.
  • Liaise with current and new post secondary institutions.
  • Embody company vision and inspire new candidates to work for Integrity.
  • Supporting the Integrity Field Staff Team.
  • Support in the on-call rotation (24/7 Support on a weekly rotation).
Education, Experience, Certifications:
  • College Diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in Business Administration/HR General/Recruitment.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment and employee support.
  • Exceptional judgement and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Able to work with a variety of applications, including Microsoft Programs.
  • Eagerness to learn, and contribute to a growing company.
  • Passion for supporting the vulnerable community including the Long-Term Care Sector.
  • Health care experience and knowledge is an asset.
  • On-Call/Scheduling Experience required.

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year.

Job Location: Stoney Creek, ON.

Full Time: Including 24/7 on-call Monthly rotation, weekends, holidays included.

Employment Type: Permanent.

Vacation Entitlement: 2 Weeks.

Personal Leave Days: 4.

Benefit Eligibility: Health Spending Account.

Other Incentives: TBD.
