Responsibilities

Responsible to drive health and safety performance,
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies
Actively manages risks
Drives committed and effective incident management through active participation in incident
review, investigation, and corrective action creation.

Drive performance through optimizing quality and uniformity
Review plant product performance and support sites with improvement actions
Share potential improvement areas
Work closely with plant and sales to establish market competitive performance targets for each
product
Helps to coordinate support and provides (and / or looks for) technical support for critical issues
Define and maintain a global strategy on analytical equipment for cement plant lab

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or a related discipline

2-4 years plant experience in Cement quality related field
Experience in other operational areas: Production, quarry, RMX. ISO and TIS/LIMS knowledge
Bilingualism (French and English) a preference
Strong computer skills including the use of MS office/google suite applications, etc
Good knowledge of statistical methods, their application and use in control of cement quality

Driver’s license valid in Canada

Salary: $105,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
