(Bilingual) Operations QA Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee all quality assurance

activities. This individual will be required to comfortably navigate iApplication, Virtgate, Platform, Gmail and other legacy databases. They will be expected also to perform certain miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned to them by their manager. The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting reviews and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and

presenting solutions. To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:

● Identify training needs and take action to ensure department-wide compliance

● Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels/KPIs

● Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements

● Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies,

procedures, and core processes

● Ability to work independently and proactively communicate obstacles

● Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors

● Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports

● Making recommendations for improvement

● Creating training materials and operating manuals

Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements:

● Post-secondary education in a related field

● Fluent in English and French is required

● Certificate in quality assurance is an asset

● 2-4 years’ previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field

● Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance

● Excellent written and verbal communication, English and French

● Excellent data collection and analysis skills

● High degree of proficiency navigating software applications

● Strong attention to detail
