As the Property Accountant your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:
Reconciling ledgers
Accruals
Financial statements
Analyze financial data
Review receivables
Ad-hoc duties as requested
Get your career moving in the right direction as a Property Accountant with our client. The successful Property Accountant will possess the following:
Previous experience as a Property Accountant or similar position
Experience with Yardi an asset
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
