We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to support our projects in Northern British Columbia. This position will include a mix of work in an office environment as well as in the field.

Our organization is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, including the ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that all project deliverables are met. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage project resources and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and report daily on project status to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Complete tasks associated with initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of a project.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Kode HSE program as well as that of our clients. Be a leader in safety compliance.
  • Ensure that environmental and quality frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
  • In coordination with the PM, establish work plans, budgets, and staffing for each phase of the project.
  • Plan for the implementation of procedures, organize, and direct activities onsite in accordance with Kode SOP, SWP and project JHA's.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Mining experience an asset.
  • Experience assisting vendors, stakeholders, and internal & external resources
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration internal and external team members.
  • Technical training would be an asset.
  • Planning, organization, coordination, and time management skills is highly critical.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Facilitation skills and ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
