Project Accountant Job at Interior Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
The Project Accountant will work closely with the Project Manager to monitor and maintain the project budget and expenses and will prepare project progress and performance reporting.
Experience and knowledge of all aspects of construction accounting including Accounts Receivable, Progress Billing, Time and Materials Billing, Change Management, Job Costing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Timesheet preparation
Skills
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience and education, along with the following skills:
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use multiple software (including Viewpoint Spectrum and Procore)

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
