Respite Care Services strives to build community support for families of children challenged with special needs living in Southeastern N.B. Community Volunteers wanting to offer support are recruited and matched with an appropriate child (ages birth to 18 years of age).

Seeking a self-motivated enthusiastic individual with both education and practical experience in the field of Social Science and specifically children with cognitive disabilities. Must have good computer skills, administration management skills, strong interpersonal skills, own their own vehicle, willing to work flexible hours [30 hours per week - flexible hours - $ 38 500 Annual Salary; potential to grow to full time position] from home or office and capable of working as part of a team. Mileage reimbursement is paid at 0.50 cents/kilometre. Other benefits include medical and dental, vacation time, discretionary days, flex time and paid time off at Christmas.

Le programme de services de relève a pour but d’offrir du soutien communautaire aux familles d’enfants à besoins spéciaux qui vivent dans le sud‑est du Nouveau-Brunswick. Des bénévoles communautaires voulant offrir un soutien sont recrutés et jumelés avec un enfant approprié (de la naissance à 18 ans).

Nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste et motivée, possédant à la fois une formation et une expérience pratique dans le domaine des sciences sociales et plus particulièrement des enfants souffrant de troubles cognitifs. La personne doit avoir de bonnes compétences informatiques, des compétences en gestion administrative et de solides compétences interpersonnelles, posséder sa propre voiture, être prête à travailler selon des horaires flexibles [30 heures par semaine – nombre d’heures flexibles – salaire annuel de 38 500 $; possibilité de devenir un poste à temps plein] au bureau ou à la maison et être capable de travailler au sein d’une équipe. Remboursement des déplacements à 50 sous le kilomètre.
