Primary Duties

· Perform all necessary operations in the Bulkroom.

· Perform all operations necessary to mix batches as per required recipes.

· Operate a mixer following all safety and work instructions.

· Operate Mills following all safety and work instructions.

· Ensure continuous operation of mixers and mills.

· Abide by all safety procedures and policies.

Secondary Duties

· Operate a Fork lift to supply necessary materials to different parts of the process.

· Perform required clean-up duties.

· Provide necessary relief to fellow operators for break periods.

· Other duties as required.

Be physically fit and capable of handling loads up to 50 pounds without assistance.

2 Shift Rotation - Afternoons, Days - rotating every two weeks

Starting Rates are subject to progressive hiring rates and are dependent on where positioned in the plant. Rates are as follows:

Starting Rate $21.60 - $23.42

Excellent benefit and pension package including Company match options (after 75 day probation period).
