Location:
Cormorant Road (Ancaster)

The wages and shifts for the currently available Production Associates role are as follows:

Morning Shift: 6.30am-2.30pm, 7am-3pm
Afternoon Shift: 2.30pm-10.30pm
Night Shift: 10.30pm-6.30am, 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment on a production floor
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and call for repairs
• Document actions by completing production and quality paperwork
• Focus on the assembly processes in our plant
• Clean machines during downtime and TPM
• Work in compliance with Stackpole policies & industry standards
• Load automotive parts onto machinery
• Lift up to 30lbs
• Check parts for defects or flaws
• Maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Experience doing general labour
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attendance and dedication
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with concentration
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Willing to work overtime as required
