Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $19.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $20.75/hr at 18 months of service
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Produce Quality products
• Meet hourly production quotas
• Document daily production

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
