Benson Lobster Co. Ltd is a growing business on the beautiful Grand Manan Island. We are a whole sale production company of live Atlantic Canadian lobster, with exports all over the world.
At Benson Lobster we pride ourselves in providing top quality live lobster to our customers. Due to recent growth we are looking to expand our leadership team.
Benson Lobster Co. Ltd is looking to hire a couple shift/production supervisors.
Duties will include: leading a team of 8-10 people, ensure an efficient workflow, keeping track of production lots, incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, quality control, and product inventory.
Experience supervising a production floor would be an asset and will be reflected in starting salary. Experience working with live lobster would also be considered an asset.
The person hire must be able to work well with employees/have positive people skills. They must be able to keep a positive work environment and help keep the moral of the employees high. This is a manual labour working position, applicate hired will be expected to work on the production floor along with the team.
