Production Manager Job at K-Bro Linen Systems Inc
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating the daily production, assess and manage the labour force, maximize, and optimize production processes. Other responsibilities will include promoting health and safety; monitor expenses while maintaining product quality, maintain inventory levels and control flow of product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure a safe work environment for the staff and promote health and safety
· Coordinate daily production and ensure timely completion
· Provide day-to-day leadership to supervisors and production staff
· Maximize efficiency and optimize production processes
· Train, coach and manage the labour force
· Maintain a high standard of quality
· Work closely with Customer Service and Quality Control to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum three to five years’ experience in a production environment
· Strong hands-on work ethic
· Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
· Exceptional communication skills
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
· Capacity to understand and interpret technical aspects of a production environment
· Proficient use working with technology and software including Microsoft Office applications
