The Product Designer will be part of the key contributors in helping launch intuitive digital
products that resonate with our user base in the FX, Payments and Currency Risk
Management space. The ideal candidate will be able to break down a high-level
idea/concept into detailed user workflows followed by wireframes and high-fidelity
prototypes. This individual will work closely with the product team to oversee the
development journey from concept to launch, iterating designs as needed throughout the
dev cycle.
Job Duties
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create a seamless and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
  • Participate in the business solution design processes for clients to understand and define functional project requirements.
  • Work closely with our cross functional team across Product, Business, Technology, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners/managers.
  • Help create user testing and apply research in a B2B enterprise setting.
  • Balance business objectives with optimal user experience best practices.
  • Participate actively in discussions, presentations, and decision making for delivering effortless user experience.
  • Clearly communicate design solutions to our multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Research latest trends in user experience design
Requirements
  • 5 or more years in a user experience/product design role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of UI concepts, UX best practices, Material Design, and user-centric-design methodology
  • Experience working on design systems, especially MUI
  • Apply best practice design tools and processes to help conceive, test, and bring solutions to life for our users, creating intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of design fundamentals including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for web-based and mobile applications and has knowledge of usability best practices.
  • Experience working closely in a collaborative environment with an iterative, and agile approach to design.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with UX researchers.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and passion for quality over quantity
  • Solid understanding of user experience & product design principles.
  • Vast knowledge of user research analysis
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.
  • Data driven decision making.
  • A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker.
  • Bonus: Familiar with capabilities of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
  • We use InVision, Adobe XD, and Zeplin so knowledge of some or all of these is preferred.
