We are looking for a Print Press Operator for new full-time opportunities in the Peterborough area.
The Print Press Operator will oversee the printing process of various marketing materials, signage and other mediums. In this job, your primary responsibility is to ensure that print products are of the highest quality, which includes the color, shape, and sharpness of the final product.
Print Press Operator Responsibilities:
- Run and operate large format printers
- Prepare print ready files
- Work with sales department to manage and coordinate production timelines
- Operate Vinyl cutting machines and execute laminating procedures with a high degree of precision and quality
- Manage multiple print and signage projects setting and adhering to milestones in design, printing, and packaging
- Other duties as required
Print Press Operator Requirements:
- Proven experience in large format printings
- Knowledge and understanding of digital programs involved in print production including adobe suite, Onyx, and Flexi
- Previous experience in vinyl installation an asset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proven ability to complete projects on time
