We are hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our team in locations on Carleton University campus. As a Prep Cook, you will get to exhibit your cooking and customer service skills by preparing, assembling, and serving food in front of the customer. You will also grow your skillset by being exposed to several cuisines, having the opportunity to learn different preparations, and working with passionate culinary leaders.

• Assist Sous Chef and Cooks with preparation of daily menu
• Cook on the line, grill, and use ovens
• Prepare stations with food
• Assembly of cooked products
• Serve food while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
• Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures
• Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures
• May perform other job duties as required
