Dr.Sameerah Siddiqui is a Staff Internist at Niagara Health and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University. She has been practicing Internal Medicine at the St.Catharines site for the last 11 years. Her outpatient practice is centered around caring for individuals with Diabetes. Currently she works in a small outpatient group practice with three other specialists in Diabetes. Her practice embraces technology and many of her patients utilize insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring technology.

The PA position comes with the responsibilities to participate in direct patient care, document clinical encounters and communicate assessments and plans to primary care providers in consultation letters. The PA is expected to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, provide support for insulin titration, address pharmacy and patient queries. The PA will have be opportunity to become a certified insulin pump trainer.

Primary: Dr. Sameerah Siddiqui MD Diplomate ABIM, General Internist, Diabetes Specialist.

Secondary: Dr. Andrea Delrue MD FRCPC, General Internist, Diabetes Specialist.

Dr. Faraz Masood MD Diplomate ABIM, General Internist

Job Types: Permanent, Casual

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
