What is the job?
- Customer service role working the parts counter.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met.
- Parts lookup and quoting customers.
- Opening work orders and explaining work done to customers
- Scheduling of appointments and answering phones
- Using ordering software to order parts and supplies for Truck and Transport customers
- Other duties assigned as needed.
What do you bring to the job?
- Experience in the Truck and Transport industry
- Truck and Transport parts knowledge
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of parts.
- Experience in a similar role, such as automotive, bus and coach
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.
